Starting as a machinist at age 21, Carlos ruiz, Founder of J.C.R. Industries, developed a love for the Aerospace industry. His Passion and work ethic grew for deburring and manufacturing, along with his Skills. This drove him to start a business of his own, JCR Industries LLC.
Therefore, Mr. Ruiz decided to develop his own sole proprietorship straight out of his garage in Placentia,CA. His ultimate goal is always wanting to do more for his customers. You can see his devotion to this industry through his work ethic and determination .
As time went on, Mr. Ruiz was challenged by a desired customer to expand his facilities. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, he then accumulated a fairly larger work space in La Habra, CA. He now keeps grows with his customers at a rational pace.
As JCR kept expanding, so did its team. Carlos’ wife, Iliana Ruiz, now joins him in growing the business to its fullest potential. They both run different sections of the company and have created a great foundation for their departments. This dynamic is not only functioning, but also empowering one another to fulfill their aspirations. Now, JCR is known to be a family owned company.
